Digital Goods: All Digital goods are shipped for FREE! You will be able to download the file once payment has been recieved.

Physical Items: All physical items will be shipped to the address used at checkout in 5-10 business days.

Cut files will be sent in a zip folder. They will need to be unzipped/extracted prior to opening/importing the files into your program. Please contact me if you need instructions on how to do this. 

My greatest goal is customer satisfaction, with that being said, I am confident in my work and will do everything in my power to help remedy any problem that may occur with your order.

Please contact me within 30 days of purchase with your order number, if you find an issue (corrupt/missing download/incorrect download/ incorrect order). I will remedy the situation as quickly as possible. If I am unable to fix the problem, I will offer a full refund.

If you order was made prior to August 1, 2020, you may find a 404 error when  clicking the download link from your confirmation email. Don't worry though you can still download your order but now directly from this website! Log into your Kitaleigh Account, locate your order, click the order number and click 'download here'. Don't see the order, reach out to me with your order number and I can check into why your order may not be showing in your account.
